Gosia is a passionate sommelier based in Amsterdam sharing her passion between wine and sake. In 2011 she moved to NL from Poland and was working for years as a restaurant manager. During that time she started her WSET journey which quickly brought her to attaining level 3 certificates in both fields. Soon after that she decided to leave the management path and put her first steps into the fascinating sommelier world. She gained her experience while working at The Lobby Fizeaustraat, followed by Spectrum** in Waldorf Astoria and lastly at Oocker Wine Bar - where you can find her these days. Always hungry for knowledge, she’s currently studying to complete her Diploma at WSET Level 4.
