Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation of Your Booking) 14-day cooling-off period
Participants have the right to withdraw from their booking within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
This withdrawal can be completed using the form below. The withdrawal function is available without the need to create an account or log in. Once your withdrawal request has been submitted, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt.
Important information
- Withdrawal is only valid if submitted within the legal 14-day period
- Once the course has started, the service is considered partially or fully delivered
- Refunds are processed according to the Refund Policy of Eleanor Wine Academy
