At Eleanor Wine Academy, we ensure transparency in our WSET education by setting the exam date at the beginning of each course. This date is always listed on our website. All exams are held at our flagship location in Prinsengracht 754, 1017LD, Amsterdam.

Changing Your Exam Date for WSET Courses in English

For students enrolled in WSET courses in English, a one-time exam date change is allowed. If you notify Eleanor Wine Academy before the course starts, this change is free of charge. However, if you request a change after the course has begun but at least four weeks before the scheduled exam, a €35 fee applies.

If the request is made less than four weeks before the exam or if a student does not attend, a full exam rebooking fee must be paid.

WSET Exam & Resit Fees

• WSET Award in Wines Level 1: €70

• WSET Award in Wines Level 2: €95

• WSET Award in Wines Level 3 (full exam): €160

• WSET Award in Wines Level 3 (theory only): €130

• WSET Award in Wines Level 3 (tasting only): €130

For IWS & IWS-Prep courses, any exam date change incurs a mandatory €130 fee.

Exam Resits & Rebooking

Missed an exam? Students can rebook and pay the full examination fee. For all wine education exams at Eleanor Wine Academy, resit dates align with the next scheduled examination. We will always offer more than one option in order to align with the participant's schedule. Once the rescheduling fee is paid, students may attend a scheduled exam within one year.

Students can retake exams until they pass, but all resits must be completed within 1.5 years of the original course date. After this period, students must re-enroll.
