🍾How about a twist to your Sunday brunch with some bubbles?
🍸Today we are talking about the Mimosa cocktail, which in addition to being very simple to make, will delight your guests for sure!
🇫🇷For the record, the Mimosa cocktail was invented in the 1920s in Paris, by the bartender of the Ritz hotel bar, Franck Meier.
🥂🍊The Mimosa cocktail is a sweet mixture of Champagne and orange juice, which is usually enjoyed during Sunday brunch. However, it will perfectly find its place during an aperitif or a festive meal.
🍾To make it, we recommend using a Brut Champagne, which will balance the cocktail naturally sweetened by the orange juice.
Recipe (for 1 flute glass):
🔸Pour equal amounts of champagne and fresh orange juice.
🔸Serve it well chilled (6-8°C), decorated with a slice of orange.
🥞Pair your mimosa with pancakes, granola bowl and avocado toast, and your brunch will be memorable!
Bon appetit!
