🍸WINE COCKTAIL : White sangria🍸

😱Good wine for a sangria?!? Seriously?
We can already imagine wine lovers going crazy! And why not...you just need the right ingredients 😉

🇪🇸Sangria, was born in Spain at the beginning of the 19th century. It has for origin the Spanish word "sangre" which means "blood", that's why it is traditionally made with red wine, water, lemon juice and sugar.
Often assimilated to a drink of poor quality, composed of bad wines hidden by sugar, we will prove to you that it is possible to make an exceptional sangria, which will sublimate one of your favorite wines! Take note!

First major change: the wine 🍷
How about a white wine at this time of the year? In order not to weigh down the already sweet cocktail, we recommend a dry white wine. A Chardonnay, such as Chablis, will be ideal. Fresh and mineral, these citrus aromas will blend perfectly with the fruits.
🍑🍋🍊🍍Let's talk about fruits. We can choose white peaches, pineapple, strawberries, citrus fruits (lime, grapefruit) or even melon. In short, choose seasonal fresh yellow fruits.

Recipe (for 1L)
🔸In a large bowl, mix the fruits of your choice (cut and washed) with 75cl of white wine, a cinnamon stick, 1 vanilla pod and 50g of brown sugar.
🔸Macerate overnight, taking care to remove the lime after 2/3 hours to avoid bitterness.
Just before serving, add 30cl of homemade lemonade, ice cubes and a few mint leaves !
Now, enjoy 🥂
