👉He is a DipWSET, 👨🏫WSET Certified Educator, and a Certified Sommelier by the Court of Masters Sommeliers Americas🇺🇸. He is also a French🇫🇷, Italian🇮🇹, and Spanish🇪🇸 Wine Scholar and sits currently as a student at Stage 01 of the Institute of Masters of Wine🎓🍷
What was supposed to be a Sake summer course turned into a huge passion that led him to study nihonshu on three continents🌏🌎🌍. Zeh nowadays holds WSET Sake Level 03 as well as certifications such as International Kikisake-shi by the Sake Service Institute and Advanced Sake Professional by the Sake Education Council. All those experiences come to good use as a WSET Certified Sake Educator🍶
