Grown on one of the oldest wineries in Barbaresco, Roagna continues to use traditional viticulture methods to produce, among other things, this wonderful Montefico Barbaresco Vecchie Viti from 2009.
🍇The Roagna family, specialized in high quality wines, offers us with this vintage a red wine loaded with the soul of Piedmont.
🍇Made of 100% Nebbiolo grapes, this wine captures a lot of intensity with rich tannins and deep fruit concentration. Aged in oak barrels, this wine is loaded with acidity and will pair well with grilled red meats, meats in sauce or simply a generous pasta dish with sunny vegetables.
🍷Tertiary notes of leather, smoke and tobacco envelop the intense and structured finish. It will delight you for sure!
