✨Wine Legend✨Billecart-Salmon Le Clos St-Hilaire, Brut Nature 2002

🍾For the wine legend of the day, we present you a prestigious champagne: Le Clos Saint-Hilaire Brut 2002 from the @champagne_billecart_salmon

🍇This exceptional vintage, made of 100% Pinot Noir (Blanc de Noir) is elaborated from a one hectare plot of old Pinot Noir vines planted in 1964 and located in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, in Champagne🇫🇷
Produced in limited quantities, this Champagne is vinified in barrels with a long period of maturation on lees for 16 years (wow!) and is not subject to any dosage at disgorgement.

👁Superb dress adorned with an intense golden yellow enhanced by the clearness of a limpid and brilliant whole.

👃The aromatic bouquet lets immediately guess the perfect blooming of the Champagne. Honeyed notes fill the nose, while notes of ripe fruit and spices appear later.

👄The tasting highlights a full and deep texture, deliciously tasty with notes of candied citrus and brioche reminiscent of panettone.

The finish is very long but pure, fresh, salty and, in any case, highly stimulating

🥂The Clos Saint-Hilaire Brut 2002 will reveal itself alongside the most gourmet pairings with fish 🐟 or even the noblest seafood 🦞
💞It will be ideal with scallops a la plancha or raw fish marinated in citrus fruits.

🥂👄They tasted and noted this wine:
Parker : 98 / 100
J. Robinson : 19 / 20
Wine spectator : 94 / 100
