🍾Champagne Bollinger 2012 is quite dry on the palate with flavours of pear, apple and lots of minerals. Leaves a nice smooth after-taste with pear coming out stronger than other flavours.
🥂The 2012 is a generous, full-bodied vintage, supported by a beautiful vivacity. The grapes come from about twenty villages in Champagne, mainly Aÿ and Verzenay for the Pinot Noir and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger and Oiry for the Chardonnay.
🥂The maturation of the wines takes place under cork for almost 7 years. A rare thing in this champagne, each bottle is stirred and disgorged by hand🙌
