This Wiston Estate is brimming with ripe morello cherries, cranberries, Seville oranges and has a long, creamy finish. Coming from the fantastic 2014 vintage, which was one of Wiston Estate’s warmest growing seasons on record, with the perfect conditions for growing Pinot Noir. This vintage Sparkling stands out for its individual personality.
Excellent to drink now, it goes especially well with Fruits de Mer, Strawberries & Cream, Lemon Meringue Pie
