Born and raised in Thessaloniki 🇬🇷in 1987, Stefanos studied
Viticulture 🍇 in the School of Agriculture (Aristotle University of Thessaloniki) 👨🎓
and is currently a holder of WSET Level 3 Award in Wines.📜
Coming from the homeland of wine 🍷, he couldn’t but be specialised in local
varieties and his passion for Greek wine is his moving power⚡. After years of
working in restaurants and wine bars he became Sales representative in a
leading wine trading company in Greece in 2014.
In search of new business prospects he moved to the Netherlands 🇳🇱in 2017
and he has been working in the local wine industry since then. On 2019 he
opened his own wine boutique in the centre of Utrecht 🥂. The everyday
contact with people asking to learn more about wine intrigued him until he
decided to broaden his horizons and orientate towards wine education. Stefanos has joined the Eleanor Wine Academy team 👨🏫👩🏫 and will support teaching the WSET Level 1 and Level 2 in Wines in Rotterdam, Utrecht and the Hague💫
