💡Wine fact : labels of Château Mouton Rothschild💡

All wines are different, but without having smelled or tasted them, it is difficult to discover their true identity.
🏷One of the things that enable us to recognize a wine’s DNA is its label. That's why wine producers pay great attention to the label, as it conveys the soul of the wine. Among the fine art of wine labels, some Châteaux excel!
This is the case of Château Mouton Rothschild, which has called upon the greatest artists of their generation to illustrate the soul of its different vintages since 1924.
🎨In 1975, Andy Warhol took up the challenge. As the main representative of the “pop art”, Warhol is known all over the world for his painting work. Known for painting the satire of our consumer society, his works, such as the bottles of Coca-Cola, Campbell's Soup and Heinz Tomato Ketchup, have truly become iconic.
🍷For the 1975 Mouton Rothschild label, Warhol, working as always from photographs, is in a semi-serious mood, juxtaposing different studies of Baron Philippe.
From one label to another, Mouton Rothschild has thus brought together some of the most celebrated artists of their day, including Miró, Chagall, Braque, Picasso, Warhol, Tàpies, Francis Bacon, Dali, Balthus, Keith Haring, Jeff Koons and even Prince Charles, the Prince of Wales!
