Hi, I'm Emilio, your wset level 3 educator
Emilio passed his Diploma Course in 2014 and became a full time wine educator in 2017. Since 2018 he's officially a WSET Certified Wine Educator.
At the age of 22 he went to Jerez de la Frontera for a traineeship at Bodegas Domecq. There he decided to dedicate his life to wine. He became a Certified Sherry Educator in 2004.
Emilio uses his vast knowledge about wine consumption preferences to create a new platform for online wine education in the food retail. “I believe that curiosity in wine is more important than wine knowledge itself. The more you know about wine, the more you know what you don't know.”
